Take advantage of my over ten years of experience as committed, flexible and trust worthy wedding celebrant, as well as a resource person and advisor, at times a coach!
First, we take the time to get to know each other a bit more andto share togetherto understand your event’s unique requirements.As I listen to you, I get a deeper understanding of you as a couple and as individuals. This helps to formalize your expectations, your wishes, possibly your concern and issues.
Then, I will craft the ceremony around what YOU want, what represents your beliefs and values,as well as how you would like your commitment to each other to be expressed. And that is my gift as a ceremonial officiant and writer: knowinghow to capture what is at the heart of your love story and relationship, to convey the essence of who you are,the intensity of your love and what makes your commitment toward each other unique.
To make this happen, I collaborate with you every step of the way. In working together, my goal is to achieve the result you most desired. It is also about making this all process a fun and easy experience.
In the end, in composing the ceremony of your choice — All of it, every words written, every gesture designed, with and about you — you get to treat yourself with a heartfelt and memorable occasion, a shared moment of joy and emotion that brings your families and friends together.

My name is Karine Wegel…
I am a professional Wedding Officiant and Certified Master Life-Cycle Celebrant™ since 2010.
After several years working in event planning, I decided to become a celebrant back in 2008 when, struggling with my father’s lost, I recognized the need for personal and meaningful ceremonies and rituals to mark and honor important passages in life.
The unity, trust and sharing embodied by marriage is always of great inspiration for me and when a couple choose to entrust me with their wedding ceremony, I feel a personal sense of gratitude to be part of their special day;something I never take for granted.
